|Full Name||Tomitsuka Hagane|
|School||First High School|
|Voiced By||Daiki Yamashita (Anime)|
|Novel||Volume 5, Amelia in Wonderland|
|Anime||Episode 23, Yokohama Disturbance V|
Tatsuya is a friend of Hagane of the same year. Hagane has declared that he greatly admires Tatsuya after seeing his performance at the Nine Schools competition.
In Volume 12 of the series, Hagane had asked Tatsuya for a duel in order to show Shippou the difference between their level of combat. He also gained great motivation after seeing the effects of Tatsuya's attack on his Range Zero, lighting the hope of him to be able to use long-range magic.
Tomitsuka had once helped Eimi during the Summer Holidays Arc. Since then, Eimi is attracted towards Tomitsuka. However, due to him being dense, he has no clue that Eimi likes him. This causes her to feel slightly troubled.
In Volume 12, there is an interaction of them showing that rather than attracted to her charms, it is more like she 'overwhelms' him.
Eimi becomes jealous when Hagane becomes close with Chiaki during the Nine School Competition/Second Year.
Their first interaction is during the Yokohama Arc when Hagane helped her escaping from the collapsing ceiling of the escape tunnel leading to a shelter. It seems they have become friends ever since that day and become closer after they enter the same Engineering Class during their second year along with Tatsuya.
In Volume 13, Chiaki is his engineer for the event Shield Down and seems happy for his victory. Hagane seems to hang out with her a lot and this causes Eimi to feel jealous and thinks he is flirting with her. Though, her friends assure her that Hagane is a rather dense boy, so it is more likely he is just expressing his appreciations towards Chiaki for her aid.
