What kind of restrictions?? I haven't heard of any restrictions that magic itself has? As a matter of fact it's more or less omnipotent. There was never mention of special conditions apart from instance or two when distance was mentioned (which was 10+ meters, hardly a restriction) and larger mental capacity (again hardly an issue, because MI mgic users are not that common)
