Saegusa Koujirou (七草 孝次郎) is the second (youngest) son of the Saegusa Family, which is one of the Ten Master Clans.

He lives and works at the Seventh Research Institute owned by the Saegusa Family. [1]
Koujirou is three years younger than Tomokazu who is turning 27 in 2097. [2]
Abilities
Koujirou is more powerful than his older brother Saegusa Tomokazu and his younger sister Saegusa Mayumi, but is less dexterous than his brother. [2]
