Shiba Tatsuya[]
Juumonji and Tatsuya do not show anything more than a professional-like relationship. Juumonji respects Tatsuya's abilities and is one of the ones who adamantly supported the idea of his participation as CAD support during the Nine Schools Competition. Likewise, Tatsuya respects Juumonji's abilities and is impressed by the strong presence that Juumonji exudes.[1]
Juumonji suggested to Tatsuya, that he should join the Ten Master Clans, and that he should marry Saegusa Mayumi or one of her twin sisters, after he defeated Ichijou Masaki. Juumonji warns that his defeat of a Heir of the Ten Master Clans "is not to be taken lightly." and that he will be sought after by many.[2]
As the series progresses we see that Juumonji continuously suspects Tatsuya being part of the Ten Master Clans. Juumonji also becomes aware of the fact that Tatsuya is a member of the military with the rank of 'Special Officer' due to the Scorched Halloween incident.
In their battle, he lost and was willing to compromise to whatever decision Tatsuya forced him to take. In the end, there was no hard feelings as they each have their own roles to fulfill.
Saegusa Mayumi[]
The two share a mutual respect towards each other as fellow members of the Ten Master Clans. The two would occasionally get together to share information. They trust each others abilities as people who will ascertain important roles in the future. Juumonji was considered to be a candidate for Mayumi to be married off, but Juumonji himself does not have any romantic feelings towards her and neither does she.
Katsuto is aware of Mayumi's romantic interest in Tatsuya and openly supports them to be together since the conclusion of volume 4, with high expectations for the strength of their offsprings. After Tatsuya's ties to the Yotsuba was revealed, he encouraged it all the more, and tried creating numerous situations for their relationship to foster.
