Igor Andreivich Bezobrazov (イーゴリ・アンドレイビッチ・ベゾブラゾフ) is a scientist in the Soviet Academy of Science, at the same time being a Strategic-Class Magician of the New Soviet Union. He is known by the epithet "Igniter". [1]

- His name is probably a reference to Piotr Alexeïevitch Bezobrazov, a famous Russian Admiral in the war between Russia and Japan of 1904-1905.
