Background[]
Rachel and Clara were sent to capture or kill Charles Sullivan code named "Demus Second" who was a fugitive. They helped to track him down and wound him to the point where Angie Sirius was able to shoot a bullet reinforced with Data Fortification to pierce through his defenses, destroying his heart. [1]
Rachel is a pseudonym, not her real name that Angie uses when communicating with Hunter R because she dislikes calling people by their code names. [1]
