Cloudless Thunder (青天霹靂) is a Release-type magic that converts air molecules into plasma, and then the electrons extracted from the plasma fell towards the target. The negatively charged attack, is an attack of two stages that exposes the target to a violent stream of positive ions which were left behind.[1]
